About Sales Reflections

Sales Reflections gives you a private, fifteen-minute coached reflection — for the moments between calls, before a tough conversation, or at the end of a long quarter. A space to think through your work in your own words, on your own schedule, with no performance evaluation attached.

The origin story

We didn't invent another sales methodology. We researched the most popular ones — Challenger, Sandler, MEDDIC, SPIN, the internal playbooks at the big enterprise SaaS shops — and found they all rest on a small set of principles drawn from the original public-domain literature: Walter Dill Scott, William Walker Atkinson, John H. Patterson's NCR sales training, and the Stoics on perception and self-examination.

So we built our modules on those sources. The AI coach is trained on the foundational thinking and walks you through the real challenges of your work: the question you skipped on discovery, the key account that's gone quiet, the loss you're still replaying.

Working at this level means Sales Reflections complements the framework your sales org already runs. Whether you're on Challenger, MEDDIC, or your own playbook, the coach reinforces the core principles that make them all work.

How a session works

You pick a module that fits what's on your mind today. The coach sets the scene, then asks an open question. You talk it through. The coach listens, occasionally offering a short story from the source material when it fits. You leave with a one-page summary you keep and one specific thing to try on your next call.

What the coach won't do

• It won't advise the specifics of any one deal, customer, or quota.
• It won't summarize what you said back to you ("what I'm hearing is…").
• It won't evaluate your reflection as "good" or "bad."
• It won't name living people you haven't named first.
• It won't share the conversation with your manager or team.

Custom modules for your sales team

Privacy

Your conversations are private. You control your data — delete any reflection whenever you want, and everything is automatically and permanently deleted after 30 days, whether you delete it or not. Your conversations are never used to train AI. The written summary is yours to keep.
